Nationwide Deliveries
Authentic Cosmetics offers free shipping nationwide, to most areas. We have partnered with various courier services; however, some hardship areas in the nation are not accessible or require higher delivery fees. For these locations, we do not offer free delivery. Locations of hardship areas are shown below:
- Lamu
- Hola
- Garsen
- Mpeketoni
- Kakuma
- Lodwar
- Mandera
- Wajir,
- Moyale
- Samburu
Please contact us on our WhatsApp, 0722 303013, if unsure if we deliver in your region or if you want to pay the extra fee, to deliver at one of these areas.
For locations that are more than 10km from the CBD, then you may be required to go pick-up your delivery at the CBD area at our third-party warehouse location. This will depend on the courier used and you will be notified if this is required.
For the hardship location areas listed above, all deliveries will require pick from the local warehouse regardless of a 10km radius. Please contact us at info@authenticcosmetics.co.ke or by What’s App, to find out the delivery charges for the hardship locations.
Payment Options
Authentic Cosmetics does not accept cash payments.
For now, all purchases require pre-payment. In the future, we plan on having payment at delivery for certain locations.
